Job Title: Group HR Recruitment & Training Administrator
Location: Cedar Court, Milford Haven (with travel to other EH Group sites)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time – 37.5 hours per week + 30 min paid lunch break
Reporting to: Group HR Operations Manager
Salary: £26,500 – £29,000
Employment is subject to at least two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS.

We are seeking a professional, organised and resilient Group HR Recruitment & Training Administrator to join our central HR team.
This is a key role within a regulated care environment, supporting employee relations, HR administration and compliance across multiple services operating under Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) requirements.
About the Role
As part of the Group HR function, you will:
- Support Training administration for Catalyst Training
- Support employee relations casework across the Group
- Coordinate disciplinary, grievance and absence meetings
- Allocate Certificate of Sponsorship for International Staff
- Be responsible for the recruitment life-cycle from application to appointment
- Support with taking meeting minutes for HR related casework
- Maintain accurate and compliant HR records
- Support safeguarding-related HR processes
- Ensure documentation aligns with CIW and employment legislation requirements
- Provide high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle
- You will regularly handle sensitive, confidential information and must demonstrate integrity, discretion and professionalism at all times.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Recruitment life-cycle experience
- Previous office-based administration experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in a busy operational environment
- Confident minute-taker (including formal meetings)
- Excellent IT skills (MS 360 & databases)
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Desirable:
- Experience as an HR Recruitment administrator
- Experience in the care sector
- Knowledge of CIW requirements
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
- Welsh language skills
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required due to the multi-site nature of the role.
