Job Title: Group Cover Carer

Location: Pembrokeshire

Contract: Full time, Permanent position

Employment is subject to at least two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.

Please Note:  Applicants must be aged 18 or over and hold a full UK Drivers License.

The Role:

£15.14 per hour

As Group Cover Carer you will work across Home Care, Supported Living and Residential Care, covering across these three different areas when needed;

Take responsibility for the physical and emotional well being and social need of our customers across the 3 areas;

Promote their independence and maintain high levels of dignity and respect;

Carry out or assist customers with personal care such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals;

Medication;

Transferring using safe Moving and Handling equipment;

Maintain accurate records of all care provided through a mobile application.
