The Role

As Residential Care Manager, you will provide leadership, guidance and support to your teams, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

You will:

• Lead and support two residential care homes in Haverfordwest.
• Create a positive culture where residents and staff can thrive.
• Support, motivate and develop your teams to achieve excellent outcomes.
• Ensure high standards of care, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and external professionals.
• Monitor service quality and drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with senior leaders to develop and strengthen services.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about people and committed to delivering outstanding care.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in a residential care setting.
• Previous leadership or management experience within health or social care.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and person-centred care practices.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, proactive approach to leading and developing others.

A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and experience working with CIW regulations are desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates who have the right values, leadership potential and commitment to learning, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
