We are now looking for an enthusiastic, creative, proactive and passionate Activity, Support & Enrichment Coordinator to join our dedicated team.

We are currently looking to recruit a full time (37.5hrs) Senior Support Worker to work within a Residential setting in the Haverfordwest area.

You will be directly leading a team of Support Workers to help us to meet the needs of the people we support, and encourage real involvement and influence in what we do.

Reporting directly to the Team Leader and Area Manager, you'll work closely with your support worker team, families of the people we support and health care professionals from multi-disciplinary teams in order to deliver person centred care

We are looking to recruit flexible and motivated full time and part time Waking Night Support Workers to work across our houses throughout Pembrokeshire. The role of Support Worker is varied and includes support with life skills such as cooking, cleaning, daily living skills and personal care.
