We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, reliable and compassionate Activity, Support & Enrichment Assistant to join the team at Ashdale Care Home. The role will also provide practical support for group outings, celebrations and events across The EH Group when required. 

Support the Coordinator to plan, prepare and deliver a varied programme of individual and group activities within Ashdale Care Home and in the wider community. 

We are looking to recruit flexible and motivated Health Care Assistants to work nights in our friendly and fun care home in Pembroke. The role of a Healthcare Assistant is varied and includes helping residents with personal support and care, aiding their emotional, well being and social needs, serving meals/drinks and assisting with feeding, interacting with residents and maintaining care plans.

The ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential, as strong collaboration, effective communication and a cohesive approach are fundamental to delivering consistently high-quality, person-centred care.
