Who are The EH Group?
The EH Group is an umbrella organization for:
- Elliotshill – Support Work
- Pembrokeshire Care –Community Home Care
- Ashdale Care – Nursing and Residential Home
Together, we provide a wide range of care services across multiple settings, supporting individuals of all ages.
What contracts do you offer?
We offer flexible contracts ranging from 16 to 37.5 hours per week, with a variety of shift patterns to suit different lifestyles.
Do you offer sponsorship for overseas applicants?
We are not currently offering Certificates of Sponsorship.
Do I need previous experience?
No prior experience is necessary. We provide:
- Full in-house training
- Ongoing support from an in-house trainer
- A structured probationary period
- Mentoring from experienced staff members
Do I need a driver’s licence?
A driver’s licence is usually required, particularly for roles involving community outreach.
However, some vacancies may not require driving — this will be clearly noted in the job listing.
What care settings do you operate in?
We provide support in the following settings:
- Residential care
- Supported living
- Community outreach
- Children’s community support
- A dedicated day centre (currently in development)
Who do you support?
We support adults and children with a wide range of needs, including:
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Mental health conditions
- Developmental delays
- Physical disabilities
- Other needs requiring tailored support
What does a Support Worker do?
Support Workers promote independence and enhance the quality of life for the individuals we support. Responsibilities may include:
- Personal care and hygiene
- Support with daily living tasks
- Attending appointments
- Engaging in community and recreational activities
- Encouraging social interaction and building confidence
