The EH Group is West Wales’s leading provider of care and training services, proudly based in Pembrokeshire. Since 1988, we have grown from a single service, Elliotshill, to include Pembrokeshire Care, Ashdale Care Home, and Catalyst Training.

With over 250 dedicated staff, we support around 200 individuals in our care homes and local communities. Our services cover adults with learning and physical disabilities, autism, acquired brain injury, and complex needs, as well as elderly people needing dementia, nursing, residential, or specialist care.

We work closely with local authorities, the NHS, and private clients to provide personalised, high-quality support that respects dignity, promotes independence, and delivers real outcomes.

Through Catalyst Training, we also offer accredited courses in First Aid, Health & Safety, Manual Handling, Food Safety, Safeguarding, and Wellbeing, helping individuals and organisations build the skills they need to deliver safe, effective care.
